- Preparation and review documents as per SOP of IT department.
Handling the incident, change control and deviations of IT department. - To perform the data backup & archival as per prepared schedule for Server based instrument & Standalone instrument.

Quality Assurance Officer
Job Description
- Plant round on shop floor area of production and warehouse.
- To perform activity under supervision of Senior by following the respective SOP.
- Follow up for supporting documents related to production and warehouse for Change control and incident.
- To keep & maintain QMS documents and records at designated place with proper labelling.
- Issuance & Retrieval of manual document and eDMS (Electronic Document Management System) documents.
- Review of BMR, Logbook and In-process data of Various departments
- Verification of vendor documents.

Job Description
- To undertake execution of the SRP plant and production facilities and plan for solvents requirements
- To ensure that planning of recovery of solvents and manage as per their requirement.
- To handling of BMR issuance, review and submission to QA for SRP & production plant.
- To provide for proper trainings to all concerned operator of production plant
- To ensure that planning of manufacturing products and manage as per their requirement.

Microbiologist
Job Description
- Perform Microbial Limit Test and BET of samples and record the result.
- Check the efficiency of disinfectant used.
- Record day to day departmental activities and reporting to senior person or HOD.
- Prepare the water sampling schedule. Perform water sampling, water testing and record the result.
- Perform the validation for MLT test.
- Prepare Environment monitoring, swab sampling and personal monitoring schedule. Perform the Environment monitoring, swab sampling and testing, personal monitoring, nitrogen gas sampling and testing, compressed air testing, GPT test and maintain the record.
- Record the temperature records of incubators and Hot Air Oven and take prints of the incubator through the software.
- Perform calibration and validation of equipment, maintain the record and review.
- Maintain all records related to media and standard culture of microorganism.
- Maintain the housekeeping & follow GLP.
- Prepare SOP, STP and Protocol and revise in accordance to current guidelines.
- Review daily microbiology activities in formats, Registers and instruments logbook, Test results in absence of Amisha Tailor.
- Handling of Software like LIMS, DMS and Nichelon.

Job Description
- To undertake execution of the plant and production facilities and plan for raw material requirements.
- To manage cost effective manpower and its deployment.
- To ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and materials.
- To ensure that product planning is translated into timely production and delivery thereof.
- To undertake and delegate maintenance and operation of plant and utility equipment.
- To provide for proper trainings to all concerned personnel within the factory.
- To maintain cGMP in the department and its related documentation.
- To maintain proper housekeeping in and around the vicinity of the factory premises.
- To ensure that discipline is maintained to high levels.
- To carried out trouble shooting R&D experiments of existing all MPS products.
- To handling Pilot Plant batches and its BMR, BPR etc.
- To handle micronization process with related documents.
To handling and monitoring solvent recovery plant operation such as distillation of solvent, cleaning of equipments, solvent movement handling and maintain records as per BMR, Equipment usage logbooks, Reconciliation logbook etc.
